No ano passado, o aplicativo Meu INSS registrou m\u00e9dia mensal de 134 milh\u00f5es de acessos.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o Minist\u00e9rio da Previd\u00eancia Social, a Empresa de Tecnologia e Informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Previd\u00eancia (Dataprev), empresa p\u00fablica respons\u00e1vel pela tecnologia das pol\u00edticas sociais, terminou a migra\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00faltimo computador de grande porte para uma plataforma mais moderna, e a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da infraestrutura tecnol\u00f3gica foi realizada com sucesso.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cerca de 220 profissionais atuaram nessa migra\u00e7\u00e3o entre 28 de janeiro at\u00e9\u00a0domingo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para reduzir os transtornos, o INSS havia antecipado as per\u00edcias m\u00e9dicas e avalia\u00e7\u00f5es sociais previstas para o per\u00edodo de interrup\u00e7\u00e3o e permitiu o reagendamento dos segurados que n\u00e3o puderam comparecer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o, o Minist\u00e9rio da Previd\u00eancia espera reduzir o tempo de processamento da folha de pagamento, de 96 para 48 horas, e ampliar os servi\u00e7os digitais.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mas o minist\u00e9rio avisou que, por causa do grande n\u00famero de acessos esperado na volta dos servi\u00e7os, nesta segunda, pode ocorrer lentid\u00e3o, principalmente nos servi\u00e7os com biometria.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A funcionalidade fica dispon\u00edvel 24 horas e, caso o acesso falhe, a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 tentar novamente, de prefer\u00eancia fora do hor\u00e1rio
