As defesas dos investigados tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e3o se manifestar.<\/p>\n<p>Devido ao recesso de fim de ano na Corte, que come\u00e7a no dia 19 de dezembro e termina em 1\u00b0 de fevereiro de 2025, a expectativa \u00e9 a de que o julgamento da eventual den\u00fancia da procuradoria ocorra somente no ano que vem.<\/p>\n<h2>Novas acusa\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n<p>Mais cedo, o tenente-coronel do Ex\u00e9rcito Mauro Cid, ex-ajudante de ordens de Jair Bolsonaro, prestou depoimento ao Supremo sobre omiss\u00f5es e contradi\u00e7\u00f5es apontadas pela Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF) na oitiva realizada na ter\u00e7a-feira (19).<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o depoimento, Alexandre de Moraes decidiu\u00a0manter o acordo e os benef\u00edcios de dela\u00e7\u00e3o premiada\u00a0de Cid. O ministro entendeu que Mauro Cid esclareceu as omiss\u00f5es e contradi\u00e7\u00f5es apontadas pela PF.<\/p>\n<p>O novo depoimento foi enviado pelo ministro de volta \u00e0 PF para complementa\u00e7\u00e3o das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Na oitiva da PF, Mauro Cid negou ter conhecimento sobre o plano golpista para matar o presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva, o vice-presidente\u00a0Geraldo Alckmin, e Moraes.<\/p>\n<p>Contudo, de acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Contragolpe, uma das reuni\u00f5es da trama golpista foi realizada na casa do general Braga Netto, em Bras\u00edlia, no dia 12 de novembro de 2022, e teve a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do ex-ajudante de ordens.<\/p>\n<p>No ano passado, Cid assinou acordo de dela\u00e7\u00e3o premiada com a PF e se comprometeu a revelar os fatos de que teve conhecimento durante o governo de Bolsonaro, como o caso das vendas de joias sauditas e da fraude nos cart\u00f5es de vacina do
